Rental Requirements

Parks Jones Realty manages rental properties in Lawton, OK, and surrounding communities. This includes houses for rent, duplexes, townhouses, quadplexes, and more. Each rental home has its own requirements regarding pets and deposits, which you can see in our Rental Listings.

Qualifications to Rent a House from Parks Jones Realty

Our property management team reviews each rental application carefully. We look at income, credit scores, employment, rental history, evictions, and collections.

Application requirements include the following:

• Rental history and income verification (pay stubs, military LES, etc.)
• Photocopies of IDs required for all adults over 18 on the application
• Application fee
• Security Deposit in separate check or money order*
• A separate Pet Fee is required at time of lease signing, if applicable.

We will temporarily remove the rental listing from our website while we process your application. If you are not approved to rent the property, we will immediately refund your deposit. 

*If you are approved for a property and fail to enter into a contract, you will forfeit the deposit to the owner of the property.
